What do a broken leg and tax fraud have in common?

On the surface, not much (unless the Mafia started working as collection agents for the IRS:)

But actually, accidents and sins are technically more related than many people realize.

Namely, they're both classified as types of evil.

Fraud is obviously a sin - so that one's easy to categorize (though sometimes paying taxes feels like the real fraud).

But what about things like accidents, health issues, and natural disasters?
